ICC - Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger

Hello all, just wanted to take a moment and discuss what will be happening with these 3 items that has been sitting in the bank. Sorry it has taken so long to finally giving these away to the guild.

Back when we got these items was from ICC25 from wrath, the others items has been giving away already and we are left with these 3 that will be given away in the following week. At the time when we were figuring who would have a chance on these items i said these would go to the groups of raiders who were apart of earning each of these items.

Reviewing current rosters those who were apart of the team back then and have been active since then will have the chance on getting 1 of the 3 prizes.

Everyone on this list have been active non stop since Wrath, and has been apart of the core raid team since then. Meaning no long break between content and pretty much been here for raid each week since cata, and for most of wrath.

either this week or next we will be rewarding these top 10 with a chance on one of the 3 items. Best luck to everyone.

I'm sill considering how we will be giving these items out. I'm thinking it will be how we did the others. Roll off best of 5, or sum off 5 rolls will give us our top 3 and top 3 wins.

If anyone else think of fun ways let me know on a reply.

If anyone in top 10 would like to pass on the mount and or the items let me know ahead of the time.

How our DKP works updated for 4.2

So i just wanted to take a moment to explain and updated our DKP system for current content.

Over all Sweet Victory uses DKP as a tool, that is used to help distribute loot. For myself I've always done my best to be fair with loots, looking at over all performance and raid attendance. I've been doing this for many years, over all I think I've done pretty well regarding giving out loot for the best interest of the guild and been pretty fair on sharing loots with everyone, that has earned it. I'll take this moment to show u the process of giving out loots.

- So we killed a boss!
- Loot is Linked
- Raiders PST Mysticknight (Loot Master) with the item in that is currently in that slot.
- I review each of the item to make sure that it is an upgrade and not that someone mistakenly pst. (a DPS rolling on a tank item, or warrior rolling on agi item.)
- I will also review Rank, 3 people pst, 2 are crusader 1 is a peon.
- If these 3 people that pst are in the same ilvl, then the 2 Crusader ranked will have first shots on the item, but if the item is only a side grade or of the same item level and the peon ranked person has a low ilvl I will support the largest upgrade to them since it's in the best interest of the guild. (with this said lower ranked raiders will get your chance on loots, but as I said before I will ask you to pass on loots till u earn your core spot in raid. and everyone will get loots. Just be patience.
-The next and final step will be to review dpk if i have yet not given out the item. we look at loot count, Crusader One has 5 loots, Crusader two has 1 loot. Crusader Two wins Item. But if both have same attendance and same loots we roll off.

How to read the DKP charts:

DKP is a little different from most guild.

Earned
1DKP = 1 Hour of raiding

Spent
Normal item (ilvl 378) = .01 DKP
Heroic item (ilvl 391) = 1 DKP
Off Spec Item = 0 DKP

Note: ilvl365 and ilvl358 will be consider equal, I will not punish those who have spent time gaining non raiding upgrades doing quest chains or rep gear. Just rememeber more effort in your gear meaning less dpk spent meaning those larger upgrade will go to those who have worked on their gear vs those who spending lots of DKP.

Since the old site was under Toro's account info, I was unable to update the billing info and was unable to use a lot of features such as DPK, so we have moved to this new sever.

Make sure to apply to the site, fill out and claim your toons from the guild roster.
